Goal: For a new tea brand to achieve correct positioning in stores and introduce the product to consumers in a short period. Vivify Concept's Role: We developed a strategy for the correct presentation of the product in stores — determining where and how their products or displays should be placed. • Provided market coverage recommendations for specific stores to ensure the product's maximum visibility in the market. • Helped the brand create an engaging and attractive presentation, increasing consumer interest and experience. • Planned and executed on-site promotional activities and tastings. • Developed a long-term sales plan. • Mobilized full POSM (Point of Sale Materials) for the brand to ensure it stood out and remained attractive compared to competitors in stores. • Conducted an original in-store activity, including tastings, visual gondola setup, discounts, and gifts. Through a video produced by us, customers had the opportunity to learn about correct product usage recommendations and various cocktail recipes prepared with SIMPATEA tea.
