stores to ensure maximum brand visibility in the market.

presentations, enhancing consumer interest and experience.
• Planned and executed on-site promotional activities
and tastings.
• Developed a long-term sales plan.
• Mobilized full POSM (Point of Sale Materials) to ensure
the brand stood out and remained attractive compared to
competitors in-store.
• Conducted original in-store activities, including tastings,
visual gondola merchandising, discounts, and gifts.
Through our produced video content, customers learned
proper product usage recommendations and various cocktail
recipes made with SIMPATEA brand tea.
• Within a minimum timeframe, the brand was placed in 5 supermarket chains
• Successful tastings were conducted
• A list of TOP-selling items was established, and inventory levels were regulated
• Unique custom-designed displays with SIMPATEA branding were placed in stores
• A plan for the next quarter was developed, covering market expansion, price
adjustments, and promotional activities
